Understanding Civics will provide an overview of the role of government and the rights and duties of citizenship. As well as answering the following questions: why do we have the government that we do? What do we expect of our government? What does our government expect of us? How is power distributed? Understanding Civics pursues answers to all of these questions and more. It explores who we are as a nation and how our government reflects that identity.
